Baby Massage & Yoga (newborn to 5 months)
Stenson (Mon, Wed & Thurs) - Hilton (Tues) - Kirk Langley (Mon)

Suitable from newborn to 5 months old these gentle classes are the perfect first class for mum and baby as they go through the 4th trimester together. 

Classes involve baby massage and baby yoga movements to help them slowly uncurl, alongside pelvic floor exercises, gentle postnatal movements and relaxation. Classes are integrated with rhythm and rhyme to give an all round experience for mum and baby together.  

Time for a drink, biscuit and chat too.

Every parent and baby are seen, heard and included in these classes. Helping you find your village.

Classes run in 6 week blocks but you can join at any point (please get in touch) if you wish. Class sizes are kept small so mums can get to know each other, offering a supportive, educational bonding environment. These nurturing classes are very relaxed and friendly to adapt to mum and baby’s needs and is the perfect first class for mum and baby. 

Mum & Baby Yoga classes are then the perfect class to follow on from this once little ones are becoming too wriggly!

Mum & Baby Yoga (3mths to 4 yrs)
Stenson (Mon, Wed & Thurs) - Hilton (Tues)
- Kirk Langley (Mon)

Suitable from around 3 months to 4 Years Old.

Baby Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Relaxation. 

Classes involve baby yoga alongside rhythm, rhyme, postnatal yoga for mum and relaxation.

Baby yoga strengthens and aids digestion, improves sleep, enhances interaction and gives a balance of activity and relaxation.
Time for a drink, biscuit and chat too.

Postnatal movements help regain strength, maintain posture, tone abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, nurtures yourself whilst being with your baby and recharge through relaxation.

Movements for mum and baby working together that can be done as part of a home practice too.

This class is suitable if it is your first experience of yoga or you are just wishing to return to yoga again with your little one.

Classes run in blocks

Class sizes are small so if mums wish they can get to know each other and find the peer support network they need alongside education and bonding through touch and movement with baby.

Dads and carers are also welcome to bring baby to these classes too!

Suitable for babies on the move (crawling/ walking) up to 18 months/ 2 years

Baby Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Relaxation. 

Classes involve baby yoga alongside rhythm, rhyme & postnatal yoga for parent/carer. 

Time for a drink, biscuit and chat too.

Baby yoga strengthens and aids digestion, improves sleep, enhances interaction and gives a balance of activity and relaxation.

Classes relaxed and supportive for new parents in which we use yoga-based practices to relieve stress, reduce anxiety and offer bonding opportunities to both the parent and baby for the wellbeing of the pair

Toddler Yoga (18mths to 4 Years)
Stenson (Mon & Fri) 

Suitable for toddlers from 18 months to 4 years

Toddler yoga with parent/carer participation

Time for a drink, biscuit and chat too.

These toddler classes are perfectly designed for your growing little ones as well as for the adults. When our little ones become toddlers they watch their grown ups and want to start copying our activities and joining in, in their own time. By bringing in yoga stretches and sequences with songs, stories and game it becomes a fun and engaging way for our toddlers to continue to explore and engage with their bodies and breath.

These classes will help increase balance, flexibility, strength and coordination for toddlers and adults!

Younger siblings welcome at half price. Siblings under 9 months come free. Please get in touch if you will be bringing a sibling.

Dads and carers are also welcome to bring baby to these classes too!
