Service Description

Classes run at the Mama Blossom studio in Stenson (DE73 7HL) 10am to 10.45am weekly. Small classes with just six parents and toddlers. These toddler classes are perfectly designed for your growing little ones as well as for the adults. When our little ones become toddlers they watch their grown ups and want to start copying our activities and joining in, in their own time. By bringing in yoga stretches and sequences with songs, stories and game it becomes a fun and engaging way for our toddlers to continue to explore and engage with their bodies and breath. These classes will help increase balance, flexibility, strength and coordination for toddlers and adults! Younger siblings welcome at half price. Siblings under 9 months come free. Please get in touch if you will be bringing a sibling. Dads and carers are also welcome to bring baby to these classes too!
